In very broad terms investing is the transfer of a certain amount of wealth from one ownership, or employment, to another.

What is investing?

Well known investor Warren Buffett defines investing as “the process of laying out money now to receive more money in the future.”

Making money through investing requires researching, evaluating and combining of different markets and products. Simple knowledge of how to purchase and sell a product is not enough. That said, being able to see the difference between an investment and a purchase is an essential first step.

Investing in the stock market is a complex process and a great amount of knowledge is required in order to be successful.

“Real results is the only real truth in financial markets”

Stock market investors have to answer the following major questions and many more sub-questions before successfully sets up an investment:

  • Which country?
  • What Stocks?
  • How many of them?
  • How much of them?
  • When to buy the stocks?
  • When to restructure the portfolio?
  • When to sell the stocks?

For each and every question of the above, different chapters of the financial knowledge and separate analysis are required. What makes it difficult is that ALL the answers to the above questions should be answered correctly otherwise the investment could end up underperformed or unsuccessful.

Investing in the stock market is not easy, but we believe investing in any market is difficult. Anyone has the ability to learn to trade with the correct guidance and training, as anyone can learn to fly an airplane, but a certain amount of practice is needed, aside from theoretical knowledge.
